Eclipse has been acquired by TREE Eclipse in November 2020. TREE Eclipse acquired the so-called Frontier portfolio from Goldman Sachs of which Eclipse was one of the 3 Properties. Eclipse is a Multi Tenant Property located in Rivium District, a mixed use city district between Rotterdam and Capelle aan den IJssel. The micro-area is part of the Creative Tech Campus. TREE Asset Management has actively worked on the Property since acquisitions.
Main efforts have been/ongoing; solving all technical arrears (finalised), implementing Eclipse Life flex offices (finalised) and full makeover of the entrance (June 2023).
