TREE advised Eclipse on attracting EURO 1.750.000,- of second-ranking debt. The Debt was provided by NLInvesteert in 1.750 bonds of each nominal EURO 1.000,- Closing took place August 2023 and the Debt was used to refinance an existing debt provider and for Property CAPEX. CAPEX was used for a modernisation of the lobby and Eclipse Meet, the further roll-out of the Eclipse Life fit out package, a new entrance card access and for an upgrade of the energy efficiency resulting in the achievement of an Energy Label A+ in December 2024.
