The Wing is a single tenant property located on the New Yorkstraat 66 in Lijnden. Lijnden is located between Schiphol Airport and the City of Amsterdam. In the micro-area, a last mile delivery center will be realised and operated as from 2023/24. The tenant of the Wing, PCI, a leading ICT company, uses the Property for Office and Distribution functions. The Asset has been acquired by TREE Eclipse from Forma Fund in April 2021. After a technical optimisation leading to an A++ Energy Label and new installations with Priva Blue climate software, the Wing has been sold by TREE Eclipse to a Private Investor in September 2022.
