Early 2024, TREE advised its long-term relation and client de Monchy on its Holding office function. De Monchy is a privately owned consortium of companies deeply rooted in Rotterdam. On behalf of de Monchy, TREE closed a 10-year lease in the new, renovated and BREAAM labelled office floors of the Beurs WTC Rotterdam. WTC was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. The fit out package was installed by contractor Plan@office.
