Erik has a track record in Banking and Finance with ABN AMRO, HBoS and Bouwfonds. Erik started as an independent consultant/broker in 2009. After setting up and running the RE Corporate Finance practice at PwC and an interim director position (MRP/Utrecht Office), Erik kick started TREE end of 2018.
Erik sets out and guards the company principles of TREE.
Apart from driving and steering the Advisory and Asset Management Operations, TREE operates as a risk-bearing Partner.
Erik holds a MSc in Business and Administration from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
Daan Vismans
Daan is a highly experienced Real Estate Operator and Investment professional with a proven track record in Real Estate at JLL and Cromwell. At Cromwell Daan managed an extensive Portfolio of Offices throughout the Netherlands. Furthermore, Daan has strong hands on experience with inner city Real Estate Development Projects in Dordrecht and Rotterdam. Currently, Daan is a Real Estate partner at Venturion and an associate Partner at TREE. Daan has been instrumental in the Life Offices roll-out and commercialization of Eclipse apart from numerous other (ongoing) consultancy initiatives.
Daan graduated from Hogeschool Rotterdam.
Ad Noordzij
Ad is a seasoned, senior professional in the field of Banking and Restructuring / Corporate Finance. Ad has worked at ABN AMRO and RBS in international leadership positions for a 25+ year period and has built up an unparalleled network and experience profile.
Ad is currently active in the initiation and execution of various projects together with TREE.
Ad holds a MSc in Economics from Nyenrode Business University.
