The Group holds direct and indirect interests in Energy, Technology and Real Estate Companies and Assets. TREE has since its acquisitions in 2019 been awarded with the Asset Management over the Dutch Property Portfolio under a Duty of Care for the Senior Bank. Key Milestones;
2021/2022 – Zeeman 2.0 – Assisting and supporting the Zeeman Logistics and Real Estate team Zeeman 2.0 was rolled out. Zeeman has optimised its logistics function enabling itself to supply the ca. 1.500 retail outlets in Benelux, Germany, France and Spain/Portugal in a more tailored, less bulk supply approach. GSP has partly enabled the Property Investments needed in exchange for a renewal of the long-term triple net lease.
2020 – ongoing – Project Development Podium, Amersfoort Vathorst. As part of the re-zoning of the micro-area from office to residential zoning, a future zoning exchange between a Podium land parcel and an OBV land parcel was executed. Thus, the way is open to develop ca. 70 appartments at the Podium location.
2024 – ongoing – TREE is co-ordinating Parties involved in turning Podium Offices into a vibrant multi-tenant office function with excellently credit rated ICT companies in its long-term tenant base.
